Our appointments are designed to provide personalized, one-on-one attention so every customer feels confident, celebrated, and supported.
Below is a detailed overview of our Appointment options, so you can choose the experience that fits you best.
Weekday Bridal Appointment
Duration: 1.5 hours
Fee: $50 cancellation / no-call no-show fee
Our Weekday Bridal Appointment is perfect for brides who prefer a relaxed shopping experience with personalized guidance from one of our expert stylists. During your 90-minute appointment, you’ll have dedicated time to explore our curated bridal gown collection, try on styles that fit your vision, and receive professional styling advice.
This appointment allows ample time to browse, try on gowns, and narrow down favorites in a calm, welcoming environment.
A $50 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-call, no-show appointments.
Saturday Bridal Appointment
Duration: 1.5 hours
Fee: $100 cancellation / no-call no-show fee
Our Saturday Bridal Appointments offer the same personalized bridal experience during our most in-demand shopping hours. A dedicated stylist will work closely with you for 90 minutes to help you find the gown that reflects your style, vision, and personality.
Due to high demand on Saturdays, these appointments require a higher cancellation fee.
A $100 fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-call, no-show appointments.
Private Suite Bridal Appointment
Duration: 2 hours
Booking Fee: $150 (applied toward your gown purchase if you say “yes”)
Cancellation Fee: Booking Fee
For brides seeking a more exclusive and elevated experience, our Private Suite Bridal Appointment offers two full hours in a private setting. This option provides a relaxed, intimate atmosphere perfect for celebrating with family and friends while enjoying personalized attention from your stylist.
To enhance your visit, we are pleased to offer light refreshments for you and your guests, including:
~Ice water infused with fresh mint or berries
~A curated meat, cheese, and cracker tray
~A selection of cookies
The $150 booking fee reserves the private suite and is applied toward your gown purchase if you find your dress during the appointment.
A $150 cancellation fee applies for cancellations within 24 hours or no-call, no-show appointments.
Bridal First Look Appointment
Purpose: Gown Try-On & Pick-Up
Our Bridal First Look Appointment is designed for brides who are returning to try on their gown and take it home. This appointment allows you to see yourself in your dress once more, ensure everything feels just right, and enjoy a special “first look” moment before your big day.
A stylist will be available to assist with your try-on, answer final questions, and guide you through the gown pick-up process.
Bridal First Look & Shop Accessories Appointment
Duration: 1 hour
This appointment is perfect for brides who would like to try on their gown and complete their wedding-day look. During your one-hour visit, you’ll have the opportunity to see your dress again and shop our selection of accessories, including veils, headpieces, jewelry, and more.
A stylist will work with you to help coordinate accessories that complement your gown and bring your full bridal vision together.
Mother of the Bride / Mother of the Groom Appointment
Duration: 1 hour
Our Mother of the Bride / Groom Appointment provides a personalized shopping experience with one of our professional stylists. During this one-hour appointment, you’ll receive expert guidance while exploring styles, silhouettes, and colors that complement the wedding aesthetic while making you feel confident and comfortable.
This appointment ensures focused, one-on-one attention to help you find the perfect look for the special day.
Bridesmaid Appointment
Format: Two-Part Appointment Process
Our Bridesmaid Appointment is thoughtfully structured as a two-part process to ensure a seamless and coordinated look for your bridal party.
Part One – Bride’s Selection Appointment
During the first appointment, the bride meets with a stylist to select the desired color, style, and fabric for the bridesmaid dresses. This step sets the vision and ensures consistency across the bridal party.
Part Two – Bridesmaid Sizing & Ordering Appointment
The second appointment includes the bride and her bridesmaids. During this visit, each bridesmaid will be professionally sized, dress selections will be finalized, and deposits will be collected to place the orders.
This two-step process allows for an organized, stress-free experience while ensuring every bridesmaid feels confident and comfortable.
